Common Production Information:

  1. The video Playback isn't smooth.

This problem may occur if your CDROM file access settings are set properly.  To check this do the following.

  • Double click on"'My Computer"
  • Double click on "Control Panel"
  • Double click on "System"
  • Click on the "Performance" tab
  • Click on the "File System" Button
  • Click on the "CD-ROM" tab
  • Move the Supplemental Cach Size slider to "Large"
  • Ensure the 'Optimize Access Pattern' is set to 'Quad-Speed or Higher'

    2. The production does not automatically startup

VLynX™ HyperVideo productions are designed to start automatically.  On computers where this does not happen, please do the following:

  • Double click on "My Computer"
  • Locate the CDROM drive icon for the drive that contains the VLynX HyperVideo application
  • Click the Right Mouse button on the icon and select 'Open' or 'Explore'
  • Locate and double click the left mouse button on the file "clickme.exe"
  • the production should now begin automatically.
